Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 62!

We are a family scouting pack that serves boys and girls in grades K-5 in Shrewsbury, MA. We are part of the Heart of New England Council and are sponsored by the American Legion Ray Stone Post 238.

Pack meetings are typically held on the second Monday of each month at 7 pm at the Ray Stone Post 238 located at 2 School St. in Shrewsbury.

The aim of Cub Scouting is to provide a program for girls and boys that will build character, teach good citizenship, and develop personal fitness. This is why we say Cub Scouting is fun with a purpose. Our Cub Scout Pack has FUN through pack activities such as parades, camp outs, Pinewood Derby, picnic, fishing derby, model rocket launch, hikes, and so much more! Our Scouts are committed to the Cub Scout Motto: Do Your Best!

We have dens for all grade levels, and these dens meet regularly for den level activities led by den leaders. At each level of cub scouts, your scout will be challenged appropriately.

We have incredible volunteers dedicated to serving and preparing our youth. We believe that every child deserves a well-trained leader, and our leaders have extensive training to ensure that our youth have the best experience possible.
